Grindstone 2.0.4620 Release Notes

Date: February 8, 2010
Type: Feature
Status: Deprecated

Stopwatch

  • The task selector drop down is now double-buffered and shouldn’t flicker any more.
  • The strange defect in which sometimes tasks were duplicated into other profiles when you stopped timing, changed profiles in the Task List, and resumed timing has been nipped in the bud. (Fixed)

Task List

  • There are now options available in the Time menu and in the time pane’s context menu that allow you to move time segments to another task using a dialog, which can facilitate even moving a time segment to a task within another profile.
  • There are now options available in the Time menu and on the time pane’s toolbar that allow you to select “This Week”, “This Month”, and “This Year” in addition to the usual “Today”.

Travel Mode

  • This release has a smattering of little checks and double-checks for crazy situations like when your cat pulls your USB flash drive out of your computer and runs off with it while you’re trying to set up Travel Mode. A lot of you out there have reported feline issues, so we fixed this right away.

Welcome Back Window

  • The task selector drop down is now double-buffered and shouldn’t flicker any more.
